How do I create an account?

To create an account, download the app from the App Store. When you open the app, you will be prompted to enter your email address. A one-time-password (OTP) will be sent to your email. Enter this OTP in the app to confirm your email and complete the sign-up process.

I didn’t receive my one-time password

If you haven’t received the OTP, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, make sure you entered your email address correctly. You can request a new OTP by clicking “Resend OTP” in the app.

How do I connect to my healthcare provider?

After creating your account, you will need to connect with your healthcare provider. Your provider will give you a special QR code. Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code and follow the instructions.

How do I update the app?

To update Next Step Care app, visit the App Store, and tap "Update" if a new version is available.

App crashes on startup

Ensure you are using the latest version of the app. Try restarting your device or reinstalling the app from the App Store. If the problem continues, contact support for further assistance.

Push notifications not working

Check that notifications are enabled for the Next Step Care app in your device settings. If they are enabled but still not working, restart your device or reinstall the app.

How can I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account, go to the “Profile” section in the app and select “Delete Account.” Note that deleting your account will remove all your data.
